Sten_De_Geer, Baron of Bitchfield is a former British Progressive Party politician who was the head of the Northern Ireland Progressive Party and the Secretary for Communities and Local Government in the 12th Scottish Government. He was an MSP for Lower Strathclyde and prior to being appointed to the House of Lords also served as an MP for the East of England region. He formerly was an MLA for South Belfast.
